- Can I return my item after I purchase it? All sales are final at Naked In The Nude. These items are extremely intimate, so we suggest reviewing our size chart before placing your order.
- What if my items comes damaged or broken? Can I exchange it? If upon arrival, your item is damaged or broken, immediately take photos and contact us via email so we may assess the situation. If agreed upon, we will exchange the item. Once again, Naked In The Nude LLC does not offer any refunds.
- What if my item doesn't fit when I try it on? Can I exchange it? It is the customers responsibility to review the size chart prior to making a decision on sizing. Naked in the Nude LLC will not offer an exchange option due to a customer ordering the wrong size.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item? All orders go through a quality inspection as well as an accuracy inspection. However, WE ARE HUMAN. If you are sent the wrong item, we will honor an exchange to correct our mistake.
- Will I get a refund if my packaging box is damaged? Although our boxes are meant to be reusable or even as a collectable, it is still packaging and not included in the cost of your order. We will not offer a refund if the packaging is damaged.
- How long will my order take to ship? Please give us 5-7 Business days to ship your order.
- What sizes do you offer? Currently, we range from size S-XL. Our size inclusivity will continue to grow.
- Do you offer free shipping? Yes! When ordering two or more items.
